Also known as Dipper Arm Extensions. They are extensions for your digger that get you higher and further out, good for drilling over banks or deep holes.
Sometimes called muck out buckets. They are used to clean out the mud from the bottom of the hole. This is a single bottom gated clean out. It has a cutting edge which brings in the spoil and gates which close when you lift it out of the hole. The whole base opens up to release all the spoil.
Core barrels are like an apple corer but for rock or tree roots you just core it out. Like a hole saw but bigger.
Lots of names for these; Auger units, drill units, pendulum borer, drill head to name a few. They are the power unit to drive the drilling gear into the ground. We have units to suit skid steers and excavators 1ton to 45ton.
These are very similar to clean out buckets but they have teeth.
We have straight extensions and telescopic extensions. Fixed extension are good but usually you need to add more to get to depth. Telescopic or extendable extensions extend out and go much deeper.
We specialise in making rock gear. These are mostly for rigs but we put them on the larger excavators and typically in very hard conditions. Mostly they are used in Auckland’s basalt layers but also throughout the country.
We have excavator mounted rock gear including augers.
We have a series of light Augers. We go up to 900 diameter with a light hex gear. We have Rock Augers, Clay Augers, whatever you need. All our gear has tungsten tipped teeth and is hard faced.
These type of Augers are good for soft rock like sandstone great for excavator mounted equipment. We have heaps of these.
